Our experience has shown us that there are actually two categories of 'Locate'.

The first category deals with people who are not 'Hiding'. These are usually just regular people that someone has lost touch with. When you know where and how to search for these types of people we have found that we have a success rate of almost 85%.

Because we are confident that we will be successful in a very high percentage of these type of locates we are offering to conduct these investigations for one low flat rate fee. If we are not successful in locating the subject of our search we guarantee that there will be NO CHARGE whatsoever to our client.

The second Category of 'Locate' deals with people who may have gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure that no one from their past can locate them. This category also includes other unusual situations. Ie: Birthparents/children who may want to find one another where adoption took place years ago. or a woman who has been 'out of touch' for a long period of time and has married or re-married (complete with name changes each time). These category 2 type of locates require intensive investigation and cannot be included in the one low flat rate fee. These investigations are charged at our normal hourly rate for Investigations.

Most 'Locate' requests fall within the Category 1 type or somewhere in between the two categories.
